Flexi-Pass Booking Protection
What is Flexi-Pass?

Introducing our new Flexi-Pass booking protection add on for holiday camps.
The add-on can be selected during the booking process
​
This add on allows you to cancel or amend your booking up to 5pm until the day before and get a full refund with no admin fee.
​
It also entitles you to cancel your booking before 9am on the day and receive a credit or camp pass on account.
​
The Flexi-Pass add-on is £3 per day that you book.
Book with peace of mind knowing if plans change, you can get your money back with no admin fee.

How can I use my Flexi-Pass?
If you need to cancel a day covered by Flexi-Pass, please contact our customer service team on info@plgsportscoaching.com saying which days you need to cancel or amend. We will reply within 24 hours to confirm your request has been completed.
If you request a refund this can take 48 hours to appear in your bank account
If you request a credit or camp pass on account, these appear instantly once your request has been confirmed
